Tutor Replacement Policy
Free Tutor Replacements: If your assigned tutor is no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances (such as leaving or being terminated from VA Classes), we will arrange a free replacement to ensure that your learning journey remains uninterrupted and continues without delay.
Unsatisfactory Matches: We understand that finding the right tutor is crucial to your success. If you are not satisfied with the tutor you’ve been matched with, you are entitled to request up to two (2) additional tutor replacements at no extra cost. This gives you the opportunity to work with up to three (3) different tutors to find the perfect fit for your learning style and goals.
Refund Eligibility in Case of Tutor Changes
Eligibility: If, after engaging with three (3) different tutors, you remain dissatisfied with the quality of tutoring or the compatibility of the tutor, you may be eligible for a refund. This applies in cases where tutors have left or have been removed from the platform.
Sessions Eligible for Refund: Refunds will only be issued for unused sessions in your package. Sessions that have already been completed cannot be refunded, as they have been part of your learning experience.
